SUNSHINE INS (06963) has announced that the company recently received an official reply from the National Financial Regulatory Administration (Document No. Jin Fu [2026] 57).
According to this approval, the National Financial Regulatory Administration has ratified Mr. Wang Xiaopeng's qualification to serve as an executive director of the company, effective from January 29, 2026.
Concurrently, Mr. Wang Xiaopeng will also assume the position of Chairman of the Board's Risk Management Committee, while Mr. Li Ke, the executive director, will step down from his role as Chairman of that committee.
