CARPENTER TAN (00837) has released its annual results for the period ending December 31, 2025. Revenue reached RMB 558 million, representing a year-on-year increase of 10.4%. Profit attributable to owners of the company was RMB 171 million, a slight decrease of 0.2% compared to the previous year. Basic earnings per share stood at 68.76 cents. The board has proposed a final dividend of 38.31 Hong Kong cents per share. The gross profit margin improved from 60.4% in 2024 to 61.9% in 2025. The increase in the gross profit margin during the review year was primarily due to a shift in the sales mix of the group's product offerings.
