China Unicom (HK) Keeps Share Capital Steady in April 2026, Confirms Public Float Compliance

China Unicom (Hong Kong) Limited submitted its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 04 May 2026, covering the period ended 30 April 2026.

The telecom operator reported no changes in its share structure during the month. Issued ordinary shares remained at 30.60 billion, with zero treasury shares outstanding, leaving total issued shares unchanged at 30.60 billion.

The company affirmed that it met the Hong Kong Main Board’s minimum public float threshold of 10% as of 30 April 2026.
