Pharmaron (300759.SZ) Proposes Placement of New H Shares Under General Mandate

Pharmaron (300759.SZ) announced that the company intends to issue additional overseas-listed foreign shares (H-shares) based on the mandate granted by the 2024 Annual General Meeting to the Board of Directors for the issuance of new H-shares.

On January 14, 2026 (after trading hours), the company entered into a placement agreement with Goldman Sachs (Asia) L.L.C. and The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited.

Pursuant to the placement agreement, the company agreed to appoint the placing agents, who each agreed to act as agents for the company and use their best efforts to procure placees to subscribe for 58,440,762 new H-shares to be issued by the company under the general mandate at a price of HK$22.82 per share.
