Sunrise Intelligent Manufacturing Group Co.,Ltd. (605138.SH) announced that Youngor Fashion Co.,Ltd. plans to reduce its stake in the company. Within three months after 15 trading days from the announcement date, Youngor intends to sell up to 1% of the company's total shares (no more than 5.5557 million shares) through centralized bidding. Additionally, within the same period, it plans to sell up to 2% of the total shares (no more than 11.1114 million shares) via block trading.
