Greentown Service Group Co. Ltd. disclosed that it bought back 230,000 ordinary shares on 14 October 2026 under its Hong Kong-listed repurchase programme.

The on-market transaction was executed at prices ranging from HKD 4.115 to HKD 4.19 per share, with a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 4.1429. Total consideration amounted to HKD 0.95 million.

Following the repurchase, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) decreased to 3.11 billion, while treasury shares increased to 46.04 million. The 14 October purchase represents 0.0074% of the company’s outstanding share base prior to the transaction.

The buyback forms part of the mandate approved on 18 June 2026, which authorises Greentown Service to repurchase up to 313.14 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 23.51 million shares, equal to 0.75% of the issued shares outstanding on the mandate date.

In line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, Greentown Service will observe a moratorium on new share issuance or further treasury-share sales until 13 November 2026. The board confirmed that all repurchase procedures complied with applicable regulations and that the acquired shares are being held as treasury stock rather than cancelled.
