Financial Street Holdings Issues RMB 1.03 Billion Medium-Term Notes with 2.55% Coupon Rate

Financial Street Holdings Co.,Ltd. announced on September 9 that it issued the fifth tranche of medium-term notes for 2026 on September 7, designated as "26 Financial Street MTN005," with a total actual issuance amount of RMB 1.03 billion and an issuance rate of 2.55%.

The notes, code 102683543, have a term of 2+2 years, with an interest accrual date of September 8, 2026, and a maturity date of September 8, 2030. The issuance price is RMB 100 per RMB 100 face value.

In terms of subscription details, the notes attracted 15 compliant subscribing institutions with a total compliant subscription amount of RMB 1.92 billion; 8 institutions submitted valid subscriptions totaling RMB 1.16 billion. The subscription price range was set between 2.45% and 2.75%.

Regarding underwriting arrangements, CITIC Securities Co., Ltd. served as both the bookrunner and lead underwriter, with CITIC Securities Company Limited acting as co-lead underwriter. Each of the two institutions' proprietary funds received an allocation of RMB 160 million, representing 15.53% of the current issuance scale respectively.

The announcement also confirmed that, upon verification, the company did not directly subscribe to these debt financing instruments, nor did it indirectly subscribe through affiliated institutions or asset management products. Furthermore, the company's directors, senior management, shareholders holding more than 5% of shares, and other related parties did not participate in the subscription of these debt financing instruments.
