J&T EXPRESS-W (01519) saw its stock price rise over 3%, trading at HK$10.72 with a 3.38% gain and a turnover of HK$422 million. This move comes amid fresh policy developments. The State Post Bureau, along with the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Transport, recently issued the "15th Five-Year Plan for Postal Industry Development." During this period, the State Post Bureau will continue to tackle "internal" competition, expand service scenarios, and steer the industry toward professional, high-end, intelligent, and diversified upgrades, aiming for balanced growth in both quality and efficiency.

In the second quarter of this year, J&T EXPRESS-W's average daily parcel volume in Southeast Asia surged 63.2% year-on-year, while other markets saw a 136.5% increase, highlighting robust overseas growth. According to Caitong Securities, the accelerated penetration of Chinese cross-border platforms like Temu, SHEIN, and TikTok Shop, combined with the sustained growth of Latin American local e-commerce giant Mercado Libre, is accelerating the company's business volume growth in the Latin American market. The company's overseas expansion capabilities are continuously validated in Southeast Asia and Latin America. As it seeks new markets to replicate its successful strategies, it is poised to become a global logistics giant, with analysts bullish on its localisation capabilities and long-term growth prospects.
