Guofu Hydrogen secures HKEX approval for full H-share circulation; 18.42 million domestic shares set for conversion

Jiangsu Guofu Hydrogen Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. (Guofu Hydrogen, 02582) has obtained approval from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s Listing Committee on 16 June 2026 to proceed with its H-share full-circulation programme. The green light covers the listing and dealing permission for 18.42 million domestic shares to be converted into H shares (the “Converted H Shares”) held by 22 existing shareholders.

The conversion represents 14.54% of Guofu Hydrogen’s current 126.67 million issued shares. Upon completion, the company’s H-share float will rise from 101.45 million (80.09% of total share capital) to 119.87 million (94.63%), while domestic shares will fall from 25.22 million to 6.81 million, shrinking their weight to 5.37%.

Key participating holders include: • Mengfa Group Holding Group Co., Ltd. – 2.15 million shares (1.69% of total capital) • Wu Pinfang – 1.71 million shares (1.35%) • Enze Haihe (Tianjin) Equity Investment Fund Partnership – 1.60 million shares (1.27%) • Wang Zhi – 1.50 million shares (1.19%)

The company will finalise conversion and trading procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements and will issue further updates as needed. Investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in Guofu Hydrogen’s securities.
