CITIC Securities released a research report assigning a "Buy" rating to SHIYUE DAOTIAN (09676), projecting the company's 2025/2026/2027 revenues at RMB 6.994 billion, RMB 8.369 billion, and RMB 9.836 billion, respectively, with net profits of RMB 631 million, RMB 796 million, and RMB 974 million.

In Q3, the company reported revenues of RMB 1.74–1.82 billion, a year-on-year increase of 25.7%–31.5%, and operating profits of RMB 135–150 million, up 71.5%–90.5% YoY. The report highlights SHIYUE DAOTIAN's growth potential in both product offerings and distribution channels, noting its entry into a new growth phase. The company's strong brand equity allows for premium pricing, and as it reduces reliance on rice sales while expanding offline channels, a comprehensive value reassessment is imminent.

SHIYUE DAOTIAN is recognized as a leading and fast-growing household food company in China, with well-known brands such as "SHIYUE DAOTIAN" and "Chaihuo Dayuan." While initially focused on rice and online sales, the company has diversified into other categories and offline channels. In 2024, it successfully launched viral corn products on Douyin, signaling a shift away from sole dependence on rice. Aligning with evolving consumer trends, the company is expanding into snackable foods, introducing ready-to-eat products like sweet corn kernels and pre-cut corn segments, with plans to deepen its corn category across all channels in 2025.

Additionally, SHIYUE DAOTIAN continues to expand its presence in offline retail channels such as Sam's Club and Pang Donglai, demonstrating strong growth momentum. The company's brand strength and marketing capabilities differentiate it from traditional agricultural commodity firms, positioning it for gradual market recognition of its intrinsic value.
