CHICMAX Repurchases 48,000 H-Shares, Treasury Stock Rises to 4.53 Million Units

Shanghai Chicmax Cosmetic Co., Ltd. (CHICMAX) reported to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that it bought back 48,000 H-shares on 17 September 2026. The transaction was executed on the Exchange at prices ranging from HKD 20.98 to HKD 21.94 per share, giving a volume-weighted average price of approximately HKD 21.17 and a total outlay of HKD 1.02 million.

Prior to the repurchase, CHICMAX had 202.04 million issued shares (excluding treasury shares) and 4.48 million treasury shares. Following the buyback, issued shares outstanding declined by 0.02% to 201.99 million, while treasury shares rose to 4.53 million. The overall issued share capital remains unchanged at 206.52 million shares because the repurchased stock has been retained as treasury shares and not cancelled.

The acquisition forms part of the repurchase mandate approved by shareholders on 8 May 2026, which permits the company to buy back up to 20.64 million shares. Including the latest transaction, CHICMAX has repurchased 4.53 million shares under the mandate, equivalent to 2.20% of the company’s issued share base at the mandate date.

In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, CHICMAX is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 17 October 2026.
