In a strategic move to attract top-tier talent in the competitive field of artificial intelligence, TENCENT has launched a specialized campus recruitment initiative. The program, named the "Qingyun Plan" for the 2027 recruitment cycle, is aimed at exceptional students from around the globe.

The initiative is open to undergraduate, master's, and doctoral students graduating between January 2026 and December 2027. It specifically targets six key technological domains: large language models and NLP, multimodal systems including vision and speech, intelligent agents and reinforcement learning, search and recommendation systems with model applications, AI infrastructure, systems and security, and AI data and data engineering.

A standout feature of this program is the compensation structure. Interns selected for the "Qingyun Plan" will have the opportunity to receive a salary package equivalent to that of the company's full-time employees, highlighting the firm's commitment to securing leading-edge AI expertise.
