Adtiger Corporations Limited (the Group) has announced a projected net profit in the range of RMB4.00 million to RMB6.00 million for the year ended December 31, 2025, compared to a net loss of approximately RMB4.80 million in the previous fiscal year. The turnaround is primarily attributed to a revenue increase of over 10% year-on-year for FY2025 and a decline of over 10% in administrative expenses.
According to the announcement, the Group’s revenue growth was driven by a sharpened focus on global performance marketing and a self-developed AI-powered ad placement system. The company’s intensified digital intelligence and organizational restructuring were further cited as primary factors contributing to lower overhead costs and improved profit quality.
Finalized annual results are anticipated to be disclosed by the end of March 2026. The Group highlighted that the unaudited figures and management accounts have not yet been reviewed by an independent auditor and may be subject to adjustments.
