Hong Kong Stock Movement: Xunce Surges Nearly 16% in Early Trading Following Comprehensive Strategic Partnership

Stock News07-20

Shares of Xunce (HKEX: 03317) experienced a significant rise of nearly 16% during the morning trading session. At the time of writing, the stock was up 14.49%, trading at HK$104.3 with a turnover of HK$149 million.

The surge follows the company's recent announcement of a comprehensive strategic cooperation with Qingdao Xinchen Kechuang Industrial Co., Ltd., the parent company of Hongtai Fund. This partnership represents a significant strategic move beyond typical single-point business engagements with investment institutions. It marks a pivotal step for Xunce's core product, TokenOS, evolving from an underlying data infrastructure into a full-scenario operating system for private equity funds. This collaboration is also positioned to establish a complete and replicable benchmark for implementing AI-native and Token-native digital systems within China's equity investment industry.

The collaboration will focus on jointly developing a Proof of Concept for a Token commercialization benchmark and creating replicable, standardized implementation cases based on the FDE model. Leveraging the mature industrial network of the fund, the partnership aims to reach a broad portfolio of invested enterprises in bulk. The goal is to implement TokenOS data governance, vertical industry-specific small models, and intelligent agent-supported digital services. Following the successful implementation and validation of tangible, quantifiable business value in the Hongtai pilot project, this cooperative model is designed for rapid replication across the broader market, including VC/PE institutions, industrial capital, and government-guided funds.
