CT Vision inks non-binding MOU with Key ASIC to develop 300 MW green AI data centre in Malaysia

Bulletin Express09-04

CT Vision (International) Holdings Limited (CT Vision) and Malaysia-listed Key ASIC Berhad have signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding dated 3 September 2026 to explore joint development of a large-scale green AI data centre (AIDC) in Malaysia.

The preliminary plan envisages: • Total IT load: approximately 300 MW • Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE): not exceeding 1.20 • Renewable energy share: at least 50%, leveraging wind, photovoltaic, biomass and other green sources

CT Vision aims to contribute its experience in renewable energy development, energy-saving technologies and construction engineering, while Key ASIC brings expertise in application-specific integrated circuit (ASIC) design and data processing solutions. The parties expect resource and capability synergies across green power deployment and data-centre infrastructure.

The MOU establishes an intention to collaborate but imposes no legal obligations; formal agreements, investment size, timeline and financing structure remain subject to further negotiation. The companies caution that the proposed collaboration may or may not proceed and commit to issuing additional announcements in line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange requirements.

Investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in CT Vision securities pending further updates.
