OmniVision to Shift All Investor Documents to Digital Delivery; Printed Copies Available on Request

Bulletin Express03-30

OmniVision Integrated Circuits Group, Inc. (OmniVision) will migrate to electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications in line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rule 2.07A(1) and the company’s Articles of Association.

Key arrangements:

1. Actionable Corporate Communications • Shareholders will receive voting‐ or election‐related materials directly by email. • If OmniVision lacks a functional email address for any shareholder, a printed copy will be dispatched together with a request form to collect a valid email address for future use. • The company is deemed to have fulfilled its obligations once emails are sent without “non-delivery” notices.

2. General Corporate Communications • All periodic reports, circulars, notices and other documents will be posted on the company website (www.omnivision-group.com) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk). • No separate printed or email notification of publication will be issued; shareholders are expected to monitor these websites.

3. Email Registration Window • Shareholders are encouraged to submit their email address via an online form accessible through a QR code by 30 April 2026. • Alternatively, email details can be provided at any time to the Hong Kong share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, via post (17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong) or email (501-ecom@vistra.com).

4. Printed Copies on Demand • Any shareholder may request hard-copy versions of specific or all future communications free of charge by writing or emailing the share registrar. • Such a request remains valid until the publication of the next annual report unless revoked earlier.

The transition supports efficiency and environmental objectives while aligning OmniVision’s shareholder communication practices with updated regulatory requirements effective since 31 December 2023. For enquiries, investors can contact Tricor’s hotline at +852 2980 1333 (weekdays, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.) or email 501-ecom@vistra.com.
