Shenzhen Edge Medical Co., Ltd. (EDGE MEDICAL-B, 02675.HK) has formalised an electronic-only model for all future corporate communications in accordance with Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Listing Rules.

Scope of change • All documents defined as “Corporate Communications” (annual reports, interim reports, circulars, notices of meeting, proxy forms, etc.) will be published exclusively on the company website (www.edgemed.cn) and HKEX’s website (www.hkexnews.hk). • No printed notification of online publication will be dispatched to non-registered shareholders.

2. Shareholder options • Shareholders who prefer hard copies may submit a Request Form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or email 2675-ecom@vistra.com. • A stated preference for printed communications remains in force until revoked or superseded.

3. Support channels • Enquiries can be directed to Tricor’s hotline at +852 2980 1333 (Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 HKT) or via email to 2675-ecom@vistra.com.

The implementation date of this electronic dissemination arrangement is 11 March 2026, as approved by the board chaired by Dr. Wang Jianchen. Shareholders are encouraged to monitor the designated websites to stay up to date on forthcoming disclosures.
