OmniVision Integrated Circuits Group, Inc. has announced that its board of directors will convene on Monday, 24 August 2026. The primary agenda is to consider and approve the Group’s interim financial results for the six-month period ended 30 June 2026, alongside other routine business matters.
The notice, issued in Hong Kong on 12 August 2026, confirms the current board structure: four executive directors (Chairman Yu Renrong, Dr. Gao Wenbao, Wu Xiaodong and Qiu Huanping), two non-executive directors (Lyu Dalong and Chen Yu) and three independent non-executive directors (Zhu Liting, Fan Mingxi and Mou Lei).
