CTG DUTY-FREE (01880) has announced a change in its corporate governance structure, effective August 20, 2026.
Ms. Zhang Xiao has officially resigned from her positions as Joint Company Secretary, Authorized Representative, and Legal Process Agent. In her place, Ms. Yip Man Wai has been appointed to assume all three roles, ensuring continuity in the company's administrative and compliance functions.
Mr. Yang Hongyi will remain in his capacity as the other Joint Company Secretary, maintaining the dual-secretary arrangement alongside the newly appointed Ms. Yip.
