During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, Heilongjiang Province has significantly enhanced the influence of its premium agricultural brand "Heitu Youpin" (Black Soil Premium Products) and became the first province in China to promote customized agriculture on a provincial scale. What practical measures has the province taken, and what results have been achieved? Li Wende provided insights on these questions.
Heilongjiang has leveraged its unique ecological environment, fertile black soil, and advantages in green and organic farming to build the provincial brand "Heitu Youpin." Efforts include improving standards, diversified promotion, expanding sales channels, and implementing strict supervision across the supply chain to enhance quality and efficiency. As a result, the brand's recognition, influence, and competitiveness have grown significantly, ranking among the top in China's regional agricultural brand influence index.
**Strict Supervision, Guaranteed Quality** The province has adopted rigorous standards, selection processes, and quality control, ensuring full traceability from production to market. The "Heitu Youpin" Agricultural Brand Logo Management Measures (Trial) were introduced, establishing a comprehensive standard system based on national standards, supplemented by EU standards, covering six aspects: production environment, processes, safety indicators, quality certification, and testing. With 121 standards and 8,875 indicators as prerequisites for authorization, a strict lifecycle control mechanism is enforced, including annual inspections and on-site reviews. Currently, 348 companies and 910 agricultural products have received authorization, ensuring consumer confidence in quality.
**Extensive Promotion, Expanded Channels** Through nationwide campaigns, exhibitions, and marketing efforts, "Heitu Youpin" has transitioned from obscurity to widespread recognition. The brand has been featured in major media outlets, including CCTV's "News Broadcast," reaching over 17.74 billion viewers. A total of 66 promotional events were held in 83 key cities, along with 395 activities in premium supermarkets and high-end communities. At major expos like the China International Import Expo and Harbin Fair, 78 exhibition platforms were set up for authorized enterprises. Currently, 235 stores in 63 cities and 121 online shops sell "Heitu Youpin" products, with sales doubling compared to 2023.
**Customized Agriculture, Premium Upgrades** Heilongjiang pioneered province-wide customized agriculture, supported by a three-year action plan (2025–2027) and 150 million yuan in provincial funding. Initiatives like "My Field in Heilongjiang" promote personalized farming experiences. The province has issued guidelines, conducted training, and developed models such as trusteeship and membership-based customization. Customized products now span 14 categories, including premium rice, fresh corn, vegetables, beef, cold-water fish, and forest products, covering 1.387 million mu (about 92,467 hectares) of farmland. Consumers can explore and order via the "Longjiang Nongdingzhi" WeChat mini-program, fulfilling both premium dietary needs and rural lifestyle aspirations.
