CGII HLDGS Announces Resignation of Non-Executive Director Ng Shuk Ming, Effective 31 July 2026

China Gas Industry Investment Holdings Co. Ltd. (CGII HLDGS) disclosed that Non-Executive Director Ms. Ng Shuk Ming will step down from the Board with effect from 31 July 2026 to focus on other commitments.

The company confirmed that Ms. Ng has no disagreements with the Board and that no matters require further attention from shareholders or the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in relation to her departure.
