Hong Kong, 10 September 2026—The Executive of the Hong Kong Takeovers and Mergers Panel has disclosed that J.P. Morgan Securities PLC, a Class (5) associate connected with the offeror in the proposed delisting of Continental Aerospace Technologies Holding Limited (CON AERO TECH), executed sizeable hedge-driven disposals on 9 September 2026.

Two separate transactions—both classified as “other types of securities (e.g. equity swaps)”—were carried out to hedge Delta 1 products arising from wholly unsolicited client-driven orders:

• 13.53 million shares were sold for USD 6.42 million. • 0.10 million shares were sold for USD 0.05 million.

Aggregated, J.P. Morgan Securities offloaded 13.63 million shares for USD 6.47 million at a uniform execution price of USD 0.48 per share. The dealings were made for the firm’s own account and reported under Rule 22 of the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers.

The disclosure highlights continued market activity related to the planned delisting of Continental Aerospace Technologies, underscoring the role of connected parties as required by Hong Kong takeover regulations.
