Bulletin Express08-07 19:26

China Rare Earth Holdings Limited disclosed its monthly return for the period ended 31 July 2026, confirming that both authorised and issued share capital stayed unchanged during the month.

The company’s authorised share capital stood at 4.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10, equivalent to HKD 400.00 million. Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) were steady at 2.79 billion; no treasury shares were held or created.

Throughout July, China Rare Earth executed no share issuances, repurchases, cancellations, or conversions. The firm also reported no outstanding share options, warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked instruments.

Management affirmed compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s 25 percent minimum public-float requirement, with the confirmation signed by Company Secretary Tam Tsz Yan on 7 August 2026.

The absence of equity movements indicates a stable capital structure heading into the second half of 2026.
