Yida China Sets 2 June 2026 AGM; FY2025 Results Adoption, Director Re-elections and Auditor Renewal on Agenda

Yida China Holdings Limited will convene its 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 2 June 2026 at 10:00 a.m. in the Boardroom, Level 10, Yida Square, No. 93 Dongbei Road, Shahekou District, Dalian, Liaoning Province, PRC.

Key resolutions to be tabled include:

1. Financial Statements Shareholders will be asked to receive and adopt the audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2025 together with the reports of the Board and the Company’s auditor.

2. Board Composition • Executive Director: Yuan Wensheng seeks re-election. • Non-executive Director: Jiang Qian seeks re-election. • Independent Non-executive Director: Guo Shaomu, who has held his INED position for over nine years, seeks re-election. The Board will also be authorised to determine directors’ remuneration.

3. Auditor Appointment Prism Hong Kong Limited is nominated for re-appointment as auditor for the financial year ending 31 December 2026, with the Board authorised to fix its remuneration.

Administrative details:

• Proxy forms must be lodged with Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited no later than 48 hours before the meeting. • The register of members will be closed from 28 May 2026 to 2 June 2026 (both days inclusive). Share transfers must be lodged by 4:30 p.m. on 27 May 2026 to qualify for attendance and voting.

Board composition as at the notice date (8 May 2026) comprises Executive Directors Jiang Xiuwen and Yuan Wensheng; Non-executive Directors Lu Jianhua, Wang Gang and Jiang Qian; and Independent Non-executive Directors Guo Shaomu, Chen Yi Chuan and Tong Wing Chi.
