Guantao County has achieved a significant milestone in its cross-border e-commerce sector, with 90 cross-border shops, 32 business entities, and sales of nearly 92.158 million yuan in the first half of this year.
Leveraging opportunities in digital trade, the county is transitioning from scattered online retail operations to a more centralized and clustered model, aiming to overcome the challenges faced by individual entrepreneurs. Currently, the renovation and upgrade of the Jinfeng Street Cross-Border E-Commerce Industrial Park is nearing completion. This 6,000-square-meter, one-stop comprehensive incubation platform is set to officially launch before National Day.
Focusing on live-streaming and cross-border e-commerce, the park will implement a dual strategy: attracting returning entrepreneurs to lead the way and nurturing local talent. It will offer complete hardware, end-to-end support services, and a tiered training system to consolidate e-commerce resources, fostering a localized and scalable e-commerce cluster. This initiative is designed to inject lasting momentum into the county's digital economy.
Backed by established county-level policies like the "One Product, One Live Stream" industrial support and human resources entrepreneurship subsidies, this incubation platform is accelerating the enhancement of local e-commerce infrastructure. The park features over 100 functional rooms, including 32 standardized live-streaming studios and 71 private offices, accommodating up to 70 e-commerce businesses simultaneously. It also includes a 200-person multifunctional hall, standard training classrooms, and shared meeting rooms, suitable for cross-border investment promotion, industry training, and daily operations for startups.
The park is offering a "zero-cost entrepreneurship" initiative, providing free office and live-streaming space to all returning enterprises and local startups, along with regular, hands-on training. With its own dedicated teams for design, editing, and customer service, the park holds over 300 domestic and international trademarks and has established mature cross-border operation channels. It is also collaborating with major platforms like Alibaba International Station, Amazon, and OZON. For stable, growing startups, the park can invest its own capital and brand resources, sharing profits and expanding markets together, creating a path of "veterans mentoring newcomers for mutual growth."
Moving forward, Guantao County will use this cross-border e-commerce park as a new launching pad. It will continue to implement the "Seven Cross-Border Measures" support policies, deepen one-on-one enterprise assistance, and expand into key overseas markets such as Russia. The goal is to strengthen both the returning entrepreneur and local talent pipelines, invigorate county-level opening-up through digital foreign trade, and help more of Guantao's quality products reach global markets.
