Agricultural Bank of China (1288) Announces Listing of US$300 Million Floating Rate Notes

Agricultural Bank of China Limited (the “Bank”), stock code 1288, announced that its Singapore Branch has issued US$300,000,000 floating rate notes due 2028. The notes are part of the Bank’s US$15,000,000,000 Medium Term Note Programme.

According to the announcement, application for listing and quotation on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST) has been made. The listing and quotation of these notes on the SGX-ST will take effect from 1 December 2025. The relevant documents can be accessed on the official website of the SGX-ST.

The Bank issued this announcement pursuant to Rule 13.10B of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited’s listing rules and confirmed the effectiveness of the listing plan as set out. As of the date of the announcement, the Bank's board includes executive directors Mr. Gu Shu, Mr. Wang Zhiheng, and Mr. Lin Li, among others.
