International Public Joint-Stock Company United Company RUSAL (RUSAL) has completed the eighth coupon payment on its BO-05 series exchange-traded bonds, according to a filing dated 29 July 2026.
The BO-05 bonds are non-documentary, interest-bearing, non-convertible exchange-traded notes with centralised registration of rights. Each bond carries a face value of CNY 1,000 and matures 1,820 days after the initial placement. The eighth coupon period covered the span from 28 January 2026 to 29 July 2026, offering an annual coupon rate of 8.00 %.
Aggregate disbursements for the period totalled: • CNY 15.26 million to holders of 382,432 bonds electing payment in Chinese yuan. • RUB 17.28 million to holders of 37,377 bonds electing payment in Russian roubles, calculated at the Bank of Russia exchange rate on 29 July 2026.
On a per-bond basis, investors received CNY 39.89—or RUB 462.37—reflecting the fixed 8 % annualised coupon. Income was paid in full on 419,809 bonds via non-cash transfers, fulfilling 100 % of the issuer’s payment obligations by the 29 July 2026 due date.
