HashKey Holdings commits US$20.00 million to lead SignalPlus’s US$40.00 million Series B+ round

Bulletin Express05-20

HashKey Holdings Limited (HashKey Holdings) has disclosed that HashKey Fintech Multi-Strategy Fund IV LP—managed by the Group’s asset-management arm, HashKey Capital Investment—recently signed an investment agreement to lead the US$40.00 million Series B+ financing of crypto-derivatives platform SignalPlus. HashKey Holdings contributed US$20.00 million of the total round through the Fund.

According to the company, SignalPlus offers institutional-grade infrastructure for crypto options trading, automated market-making and structured product solutions. The platform reportedly holds a leading share of Asia’s crypto-options market and is already integrated with major global trading venues. HashKey-managed funds were early-stage backers of SignalPlus and have participated in multiple follow-on rounds; the latest commitment deepens this existing relationship.

Management stated that the strategic cooperation will combine HashKey’s digital-asset ecosystem with SignalPlus’s derivatives-trading technology to expand global institutional services and strengthen both firms’ positioning in the digital-asset derivatives segment.

The board confirmed that the transaction does not qualify as a notifiable or connected transaction under Hong Kong listing rules.

HashKey Holdings is a Hong Kong-listed digital-asset company offering trading facilitation, on-chain services and asset-management solutions via licensed platforms.
