Ruixin International Holdings Limited has published its 2025 Annual Report in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (http://www.irasia.com/listco/hk/ruixin) and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Registered shareholders who have previously chosen to receive hard-copy documents will find the printed report enclosed with the notification. Those preferring physical copies in future must complete and return the accompanying Change Request Form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, using the prepaid mailing label provided or via email at 724-ecom@vistra.com.
