Fast Retailing Releases 2026 AGM Documents and Confirms Full Transition to Electronic Communications

Bulletin Express11-04 17:41

Fast Retailing Co., Ltd. announced on 5 November 2026 that the Convocation Notice and Form of Proxy for its 2026 General Meeting of Shareholders are now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (https://www.fastretailing.com/eng/) and on HKExnews (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies have been mailed to holders of Hong Kong Depositary Receipts (HDRs) who previously opted for physical delivery.

In line with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s paperless listing regime effective since 31 December 2023, Fast Retailing has formally adopted electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications, including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms. Both language versions will be provided online, replacing routine hard-copy distribution.

Non-registered HDR holders wishing to receive any “Actionable Corporate Communication” (documents requiring shareholder instructions or elections) must supply a functional email address to their intermediary—bank, broker, custodian, nominee or HKSCC Nominees Limited. Until an email address is on record, the company will continue sending such actionable documents in printed form.

HDR investors preferring hard copies of ongoing corporate communications may submit a completed reply form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, or email their request to fastretailing.ecom@computershare.com.hk. Enquiries can be directed to the registrar’s hotline at +852 2862 8688 during Hong Kong business hours.

Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer Tadashi Yanai signed the notice on behalf of the Board.
