In May, Haier Smart Home repurchased a total of 18.8912 million A-shares through centralized bidding transactions.

This represents approximately 0.20% of the company's total share capital.

The shares were bought at a highest price of 21.70 yuan per share and a lowest price of 19.95 yuan per share.

The total expenditure for these repurchases amounted to 392 million yuan, excluding transaction fees.

From the start of the current buyback program on March 27 through the end of May, the company has cumulatively repurchased 49.4425 million shares.

This cumulative figure accounts for about 0.53% of the total share capital.

The price range for all shares repurchased during this period was between a high of 22.40 yuan and a low of 19.95 yuan per share.

The total amount paid for all repurchases since the program's inception is 1.045 billion yuan.
