Hesai Group (the “Company”) will convene a board meeting on March 24, 2026 (Tuesday, Hong Kong Time) to consider and approve, among other matters, the Company’s quarterly results for the three months ended December 31, 2025 and its annual results for the year ended December 31, 2025, as well as to authorize the publication of both sets of results. An earnings conference call is scheduled for 8:00 A.M. (U.S. Eastern Time) / 8:00 P.M. (Beijing/Hong Kong Time) on March 24, 2026. Participants may complete the pre-registration through the provided link and dial in five minutes before the start time to join the call. The live and archived webcast will be accessible on the Company’s investor relations website.

As of the date of this announcement, the board of directors comprises Executive Directors: Dr. Yifan Li, Dr. Kai Sun, Mr. Shaoqing Xiang, and Ms. Cailian Yang; and Independent Non-Executive Directors: Ms. Yi Zhang, Mr. Jia Ren, and Dr. Hui Wang.
