Sands China Ltd. has posted its 2025 Annual Report, the circular containing the Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) together with the proxy form, and the standalone 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report. All documents are now accessible in both English and Chinese on the Investor Relations section of www.sandschina.com and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).
Registered shareholders may request hard-copy versions of the newly released documents by submitting a written application to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, via post (17M/F, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong) or email (sandschina.ecom@computershare.com.hk). Shareholders should state their name, address and preferred language version—English, Chinese or both.
Investors who prefer to receive all future corporate communications, including actionable documents such as proxy forms, in printed form can elect this option by marking the designated box (Option 2) on the accompanying reply form and returning it to the registrar. This mandate remains effective for one year from the date of receipt and must be renewed thereafter if continued hard-copy delivery is desired.
To ensure timely notification of future releases, the company encourages shareholders to supply a functional email address. Without an email on file, shareholders will not receive electronic alerts and will need to monitor the above websites proactively; only actionable communications will be mailed in such cases.
