Guotai Junan International to List HK$35.00 Billion Medium-Term Note Programme on HKEX

Guotai Junan International Holdings Limited announced the establishment of a HK$35.00 billion medium-term note (MTN) programme and has applied for its listing on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (HKEX).

The MTN programme will enable the issuer to place notes—exclusively to professional investors as defined under Chapter 37 of HKEX Listing Rules—within 12 months of the offering circular dated 15 May 2026. The listing of the programme is expected to become effective on 18 May 2026. Guotai Junan Securities (Hong Kong) Limited will act as both arranger and dealer.

The issuer also reserves the right to issue unlisted notes under the same programme structure.

Corporate governance remains intact, with the board comprising two executive directors (Dr. Yim Fung and Ms. Qi Haiying), three non-executive directors (Ms. Yu Xuping, Mr. Dong Boyang and Mr. Zou Hua) and three independent non-executive directors (Dr. Fu Tingmei, Professor Chan Ka Keung Ceajer and Mr. Liu Chung Mun).
