CH CASTSON 81 (00810.HK) Publishes Prospectus; Online Access Available, Printed Copies on Request

Bulletin Express03-13

China Castson 81 Finance Company Limited announced on 13 March 2026 that its latest prospectus—classified as the “Current Corporate Communication”—has been released in both English and Chinese editions. The document can be viewed or downloaded from two official channels: the company’s website (www.irasia.com/listco/hk/810) and the HKEX website (www.hkexnews.hk).

To streamline distribution, the board strongly recommends shareholders review the web version. Non-registered shareholders experiencing difficulty with online access may obtain a free printed copy by completing the enclosed request form and returning it to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by emailing 810-ecom@vistra.com.

Shareholders who prefer to receive future corporate communications electronically should provide a functional email address to their respective intermediaries—banks, brokers, custodians, nominees, or HKSCC Nominees Limited. Until an email address is on file, the company will dispatch only hard-copy notices of publication.

Enquiries can be directed to Tricor’s hotline at (852) 2980 1333, available Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (excluding public holidays). The notification reiterates that all services, including the dispatch of printed materials upon request, are offered free of charge.
