ONEROBOTICS (06600) held its 2025 annual results presentation today. The company's founder, Board Chairman, and CEO, Li Zhichen, stated that 2026 will see a strategic focus on three key areas: deepening the "One-Brain-Multiple-Forms" embodied AI brain, accelerating the commercial rollout of humanoid robots, and building a global industrial ecosystem through strategic investments and acquisitions.
Full-year revenue surpassed 900 million yuan, with adjusted net profit increasing more than tenfold. The announcement showed that ONEROBOTICS's full-year 2025 revenue reached RMB 900.06 million, a year-on-year increase of 47.7%. The compound annual growth rate from 2022 to 2025 was 48.6%. Gross margin improved to 54.0%, up 2.3 percentage points from the previous year. Excluding one-time listing expenses (RMB 27.35 million) and non-cash share-based payment expenses (RMB 12.68 million), the adjusted net profit was RMB 12.77 million, a surge of 1,053.2% year-on-year. As of the end of 2025, the company's total cash and cash equivalents stood at RMB 1.599 billion, providing ample funding for subsequent strategic investments.
The "One-Brain-Multiple-Forms" strategy continues to deepen, with breakthroughs in three core capabilities imminent. Li Zhichen elaborated on the 2026 technology roadmap during the presentation. He stated the company will focus on achieving breakthroughs in three core capabilities for its general-purpose home robot brain. First is enhancing the robot's robust perception and understanding in diverse, dynamic home environments, ensuring it can "see and understand, and adapt strongly" in any unfamiliar scenario. Second, addressing the multi-step, long-chain nature of home services, the company will strengthen capabilities in task memory, context retention, and autonomous recovery, pushing robots from performing "single actions" to handling "entire household tasks." Third, through optimization strategies that fuse offline and online reinforcement learning, robots will achieve continuous evolution based on real user feedback.
Regarding the data system, the company will continue to expand the scale of its proprietary data collection, shifting focus towards mining high-value, high-difficulty task data, and systematically collecting samples from failure and edge-case scenarios to increase the "value density" of model training. Li Zhichen revealed that the company's data collection target for 2026 exceeds 1 million hours, further solidifying its leading industry data barrier.
Humanoid robot commercialization accelerates, aiming for "thousands of US dollars" price point. One of the most notable announcements was Li Zhichen's clear stance on humanoid robot pricing and rollout timelines. He stated that ONEROBOTICS's goal is for consumers to "experience a humanoid robot for just a few thousand US dollars," proposing a vision of "bringing humanoid robots into thousands of households within three years." It is understood that ONEROBOTICS launched the onero home assistant robot for domestic scenarios at CES in January 2026. It will first undergo validation in commercial B2B environments to refine reliability for high-frequency tasks, laying the groundwork for large-scale home applications. Concurrently, the AI tennis robot Acemate, which has already received orders for several thousand units, will leverage continuously upgraded AI vision and decision-making algorithms to evolve from an intelligent practice partner into an "AI coach" with personalized teaching capabilities.
Strategic investments and acquisitions to build a global industrial ecosystem. Li Zhichen also revealed that the company will actively pursue strategic positioning across the industry chain. Vertically, it will engage in investments and collaborations around core upstream components like dexterous hands and edge AI chips. Horizontally, it will use strategic investments and acquisitions to strengthen localized channel and operational capabilities in key overseas markets such as North America and Europe. Currently, ONEROBOTICS's business covers over 90 countries and regions, with revenue from Japan, Europe, and North America accounting for over 95% of the total. European market revenue grew 57.9% in 2025, with the German market achieving robust growth of 108.9%.
AI-driven intelligent organization, with continuously improving R&D efficiency. Notably, the earnings announcement systematically elaborated for the first time on the concept of an "AI-native organization." The company has deployed AI agents in key areas including technology R&D, algorithm optimization, engineering implementation, and operations management, building an efficient "R&D-data-product" closed loop. Li Zhichen stated that this AI-native organizational model allows internal operations to resonate at the same frequency as the development of embodied AI technology, which will continuously accelerate breakthroughs in core technology and the commercialization process.
2026 revenue target set for growth of no less than 65%. During the Q&A session, Li Zhichen clearly stated that the company's 2026 revenue target is growth of no less than 65% compared to the 2025 base, representing an increase of approximately RMB 600 million. He emphasized that the company currently has a sufficient order backlog and is "confident" in achieving the annual target.
