Bulletin Express04-30

TOMO Holdings Limited announced that its 2025 Annual Report, the 2026 AGM circular, the AGM notice and the proxy form are now available on both the company website (https://tomohk.com/) and the HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk).

Registered shareholders who have previously chosen to receive hard-copy communications will receive printed versions automatically. Investors who experience difficulty accessing the digital files or who prefer physical documents can obtain them free of charge by submitting the enclosed reply form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, by post or email (6928-ecom@vistra.com).

Shareholders are responsible for providing a functional email address to ensure receipt of electronic notices. Until an email address is supplied, the company will distribute publication notices and any actionable corporate communications in printed form only.

Enquiries can be directed to Tricor’s hotline on (852) 2980 1333, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

All documents form part of the statutory corporate communications defined under Hong Kong listing regulations, encompassing annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and related shareholder action documents.
