China Changbai Mountain International (00989) announced that Wang Meirong has been appointed as the company's independent non-executive director, effective from October 21, 2025. She also serves as a member of the company's Audit Committee, Nomination Committee, and Remuneration Committee, with her appointment to these committees taking effect on the same date.
