Riverine China Posts Stable Share Base for September 2026; 40 Million Options Remain Outstanding

Riverine China Holdings Limited (incorporated in the Cayman Islands) submitted its Monthly Return to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited for the period ended 30 September 2026, confirming a steady capital structure with no share issuance, cancellation or repurchase activity during the month.

The company’s authorised share capital stood unchanged at HKD 80.00 million, representing 8.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each.

Issued share capital was maintained at 405.00 million ordinary shares, while treasury shares remained nil. Consequently, the total number of issued shares also stayed at 405.00 million.

Riverine China affirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25%.

Under the Share Option Scheme adopted on 15 November 2017, 40.00 million options were outstanding at month-end, with no exercises recorded in September. Full conversion of these options would expand the share count to 445.00 million, implying potential dilution of approximately 8.99%.

The company reported no warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments, and it raised no funds during the reporting period.

The filing was authorised by Director Mr Sun Taoyong and lodged on 7 October 2026.
