On February 4th, Gem Co., Ltd. responded to investor inquiries on an interactive platform, stating that within the field of recycling used power lithium batteries, the company has taken a leading role in proposing the concept of building a full lifecycle value chain for new energy. It has established a comprehensive value chain encompassing "battery recycling - cascading reuse of residual battery energy - raw material remanufacturing - material remanufacturing - battery reassembly," and has forged cooperative relationships with over 1,100 automotive and battery manufacturers globally.
The six power lithium battery recycling plants constructed by the company in China are strategically located across the Pearl River Delta, Yangtze River Delta, Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, and Central China. All of these facilities are included in the White List issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and collectively process approximately 10% of China's retired lithium batteries annually.
