Wuxi Lead Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. has released an updated announcement on its proposed final dividend for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. The revision reflects a confirmed payout amount and exchange rate adjustment.

• Dividend Details – Final dividend: RMB 2.87 per 10 shares (ordinary). – Hong Kong dollar equivalent: HKD 3.29 per 10 shares, based on an exchange rate of RMB 1.00 = HKD 1.144851. – Shareholders’ approval date: 21 May 2026.

• Key Timetable – Ex-dividend date: 26 May 2026. – Latest time to lodge share transfers: 27 May 2026 at 16:30. – Book-closure period: 28 May – 02 June 2026. – Record date: 02 June 2026. – Payment date: To be announced.

• Withholding Tax Framework – Overseas individual shareholders: default 10 % rate; treaty benefits may apply for rates below 10 % or above 10 % and up to 20 %. – Overseas enterprise shareholders: 10 %. – Investors holding H-shares via Shenzhen-Hong Kong or Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect: 20 % for individual investors; Mainland enterprise investors are responsible for their own enterprise income tax, with exemptions for holdings of 12 months or longer.

The announcement supersedes the previous notice by incorporating the precise dividend amount and exchange rate for Hong Kong-dollar payments. All other terms of the distribution remain unchanged.
