On September 17, 2026, CITIC-Prudential Life Insurance Co., Ltd. sold 1.10 million shares of CHINA EB LTD on the SEHK open market at an average of HKD 5.9574 per share, involving about HKD 6.55 million. This was an on-exchange active trade, i.e. a direct dealing in the secondary market.
Prior to the disposal, the long position was 152.56 million shares, representing 9.05%; following the disposal, the holding changed to 151.46 million shares, with the long position ratio falling to 8.98%.
