Environmental Performance • Energy use declined to 32.71 million kWh (-1.9% YoY), cutting energy intensity to 1.63 kWh per RMB‘000 revenue. • Greenhouse-gas emissions fell 8.0% to 18,055 tonnes CO₂e, driven by a 9% drop in Scope 2 emissions to 17,184.90 tonnes. • Environmental protection capex reached RMB 2.08 million, covering purification systems, waste removal and monitoring. • Hazardous waste rose 5.8% to 1,535.36 tonnes, while non-hazardous waste dipped 3.1% to 318.50 tonnes; overall waste intensity held steady at 0.00014 tonnes per RMB‘000 revenue. • Water consumption increased 5.7% to 268,097 m³, but intensity remained flat at 0.01 m³ per RMB‘000 revenue. • No environmental violations were recorded; all dealerships operated in full compliance with national laws.
Climate Strategy The Board-led ESG Committee embedded a Greenhouse Gas Emission Control Policy, set store-level carbon-reduction goals and continued the transition toward electric-vehicle sales and expanded charging infrastructure.
Workforce & Safety • Headcount rose to 3,853 employees; females represent 43% of total staff and 22.4% of revenue-generating managers. • 100% labour-contract signing and social-insurance coverage were maintained. • Company-wide turnover rate stood at 29.7%; targeted interviews and career-planning measures are under way to improve retention. • MeiDong Auto invested RMB 2.61 million in occupational health and safety, conducted 94 emergency drills involving 3,781 participants and recorded zero fatalities. Work-related injuries totaled 12 cases, with 526 lost days. • Training coverage hit 100%, averaging 27.5 training hours per male employee and 27.4 hours per female employee; training spend reached RMB 1.60 million.
Supply Chain & Governance • All 56 active suppliers signed the Supplier Integrity Agreement, delivering a 100% integrity-compliance rate. • Local vendors supplied the entire procurement volume, with 28 tier-1 suppliers accounting for 96.91% of spending. • Anti-corruption training covered the full workforce; four employee sessions and two board-level sessions were completed.
Customer Responsibility • Product recall ratio was 9.9%; dedicated outreach ensured notification and remediation for all affected clients. • MeiDong Auto logged 2,979 customer complaints, resolving 98% and closing 92% within four hours. • A robust data-security framework prevented any information-leak incidents; 120 staff completed dedicated privacy-protection training.
Community Investment Community donations totaled RMB 0.07 million, with initiatives ranging from river clean-ups and school donations to rural education support and tree-planting.
