ROBOTPHOENIX (06871) has announced the allotment results for its global offering. The company issued a total of 24.6 million H shares, with the Hong Kong public offering accounting for 20% and the international offering comprising the remaining 80%. The final offer price was set at HKD 30.5 per share, resulting in net proceeds of approximately HKD 673 million from the global offering. Each board lot consists of 100 shares. The H shares are expected to commence trading on the Stock Exchange at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, May 18, 2026. The Hong Kong public offering was oversubscribed by approximately 14,855.40 times, while the international offering was oversubscribed by approximately 9.77 times.
