WELLCELL HOLD (02477) has announced that on April 21, 2026, every issued and unissued existing ordinary share in the company's share capital with a par value of HK$0.005 will be subdivided into four shares. This stock split will result in the issuance of 3 billion new shares, each with a par value of HK$0.00125.
