BlackRock Lowers ENN Energy Stake to 6.21% During Privatisation Process

Hong Kong, 10 April 2026 — BlackRock, Inc., classified as a Class (6) associate of ENN Energy Holdings Ltd. under the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers, disclosed a series of on-market transactions in ENN Energy shares on 9 April 2026.

Across seven trades executed at prices between HK$65.41 and HK$65.55 per share, BlackRock bought 68,645 shares and sold 508,600 shares. The net disposal of 439,955 shares reduced its holding to 70.25 million shares, representing 6.21 % of ENN Energy’s issued share capital, down from 6.25 % earlier that day.

The disclosure was made under Rule 22 of the Takeovers Code, as ENN Energy is currently subject to a proposed privatisation by way of scheme of arrangement. BlackRock’s dealings were carried out for discretionary investment clients, according to the filing.
