China Merchants Bank Gains Regulatory Approval for Three Independent Directors

Deep News01-12

The National Financial Regulatory Administration has issued an official approval, greenlighting the director qualifications of Ma Xianghui, Huang Yushan, and Lu Liping for China Merchants Bank Co., Ltd.

The approval mandates that the newly qualified directors strictly adhere to all relevant regulatory stipulations set forth by the financial watchdog. They are required to assume their positions within three months from the date of the administrative licensing decision and must promptly report their assumption of duties as specified. Should they fail to take office within the stipulated period, this approval document will become invalid, and the issuing authority will proceed with the cancellation of the administrative license.
