Qianwen App has now integrated with Fliggy, enabling users to "book flights and hotels with a single sentence command." For instance, users can ask the Qianwen App to help plan a Spring Festival travel itinerary. During the flight booking process, a user could input a command like, "Help me book round-trip tickets to Sanya for the Spring Festival period, for two adults and one child, with a four-day stay in Sanya, and a departure date of either February 18th or 19th." Qianwen can then utilize Fliggy's services to comprehensively analyze the pricing trends during the Spring Festival travel rush and provide flight options based on different strategies.
For hotel bookings, users can continue within the Qianwen App by specifying their requirements, such as "Find a hotel in Yalong Bay, by the sea, five-star, including breakfast, and with children's play facilities." Qianwen can also quickly filter through Fliggy's database to identify several hotels that accurately match these criteria, fulfilling the request for a seaside location.
Beyond Fliggy, the Qianwen App has also been fully integrated with various other Alibaba ecosystem services, including Taobao Flash Sales, Amap, Taobao, and Alipay. This integration facilitates a range of daily life services through simple voice or text commands, such as "ordering takeout, shopping for goods, booking flights, and reserving hotels."
These features are currently available for open testing to all users.
