Lopal Tech (02465) Schedules 3rd Extraordinary General Meeting on 2 April 2026 to Vote on Share Cancellation, Capital Reduction and Board Remuneration Framework

Jiangsu Lopal Tech. Group Co., Ltd. (LOPAL TECH, 02465) has issued a proxy form and notice for its 2026 third extraordinary general meeting (EGM), set for 2 April 2026 at 2:00 p.m. in the Large Conference Room, 2/F, No. 6 Hengtong Avenue, Nanjing Economic and Technological Development Zone, Jiangsu Province, PRC.

Key resolutions to be tabled are:

1. Special Resolution: approval of a change in purpose and cancellation of repurchased shares, which will result in a corresponding reduction of the company’s registered capital.

2. Special Resolution: approval of the updated registered-capital figure and related amendments to the Articles of Association, followed by completion of associated industrial and commercial registration procedures.

3. Ordinary Resolution: adoption of a remuneration management system that standardises compensation for directors and senior management.

Shareholders of H-shares may appoint one or more proxies; the chairman of the meeting will act as proxy if none is designated. Completed proxy forms must reach the H-share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited (17M F, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong), no later than 24 hours before the meeting. Attendees are required to present valid identity documents.
