Dida Inc. Reports 11.26% Public Float; Faces Delisting Risk if Compliance Not Restored by May 2027 Target

Bulletin Express10-21 17:02

On 21 October 2026, Dida Inc. (DIDA INC) disclosed that its public float stands at approximately 11.26%, below the 15% minimum required under Hong Kong Listing Rule 13.32B. Because the market value of the publicly held shares is also under HK$500 million, the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX) has classified the company’s shortfall as “Significant” pursuant to Rule 13.32F.

HKEX has notified that failure to rectify the deficiency by 20 February 2028 could lead to cancellation of Dida Inc.’s listing under Rule 13.32G(3). The board has provided a joint and several undertaking to restore compliance “at the earliest possible moment,” yet confirmed that no material progress has been achieved to date. Management currently anticipates meeting the 15% threshold by the end of May 2027.

Until compliance is restored, Dida Inc. will continue to publish monthly updates, adhere to relevant disclosure requirements, and avoid any actions that might further reduce its public float. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in Dida Inc. shares.
